IN THE NEWS: UCI Health has entered into an agreement with Tenet Healthcare Corporation to acquire its Pacific Coast Network, which will become part of UCI 건강.
Pending regulatory approvals, the transaction would bring four medical centers in Placentia, Fountain Valley, Los Alamitos and Lakewood, along with associated outpatient locations, into the academic health system.
